USS NORTH CAROLINA BATTLESHIP MEMORIAL – DECK DEMOLITION AND REPLACEMENT

Project highlights:

  • Replaced 43,000 SF of exterior teak decking
  • First major maintenance of battleship’s teak deck since 1947
  • Removal of concrete-like material used to patch deck
  • Restoration of deck using authentic teak decking and margin material
